I want to pull my hair out, i am running around doing z-racks light flash Gordon, giving great customer service when all of a sudden a customer is screaming because a glass is priced at 3.25 now what do you do when that happens? stay composed, listen to her yell and try and remind yourself that you need your job. i listen to her scream as she tells me she is friends with my district manager and how i need to lose my job and how my thrift store is too high, for peak sakes i only work here i didn't invent the place. i want to cry but i don't, instead i blurt out Bitch and quickly apologize i tell her i have a disease that when i get scared and nervous i yell and curse, i began to sobbed terribly, she begins to feel awful. she then apologizes and asks if there is anything she can do for me, i simply said no and i walk away a few days later my district manager called and gave me the best review ever, now people this may not work for you but it worked for me......
